CodexED doesn't search the full ICD-10 tree. It searches the ED-specific shortlist — 1,136 codes verified against the ICD-10-AM 10th Edition, representing the diagnoses that actually appear in Emergency Department practice in Ireland.

COVID codes are included. The registry is reviewed and updated as clinical practice evolves.
